3. Temporary installation

In the case of individuals

1. Copy of ID card / Government official / Government agency employee
2. Copy of building ownership document (anyone)
   – House registration (for requesting water installation)
   – Building purchase agreement
   – Lease purchase agreement
   – Building lease agreement
   – Temporary house registration
   – Building construction permit
   – Land title deed and consent letter from the owner
3. Original power of attorney (with stamp according to the Revenue Code, Stamp Duty Rates List, Section 7) and a copy of the power of attorney’s ID card (in the case that the person requesting the power of attorney cannot come to contact in person)

In the case of a juristic person

1. A copy of the certificate of incorporation (not older than 3 months) and a copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory (with a certified true copy of the authorized signatory)
2. A copy of the building ownership document (any one of the following)
   – House registration (for water supply installation)
   – Building purchase agreement
   – Lease purchase agreement
   – Building lease agreement
   – Temporary house registration
   – Building construction permit
   – Land title deed and consent from the owner
3. Original power of attorney (with a stamp in accordance with the Revenue Code, Stamp Duty Rates, Section 7) and a copy of the authorizing person’s ID card (in the event that the person cannot be contacted in person)
